The Sloop adds a working storefront to everything the Dinghy does: a product catalogue of up to 25 items and a hosted checkout, so customers can actually buy instead of just browse.
Payments run through a hosted provider (for example, Stripe-hosted payment pages); card details are handled by the payment provider's secure systems, never by your site. You get an order email; the money lands in your account.

How do payments actually work?
Through a hosted provider like Stripe: the customer pays on the provider's secure page, the provider takes its standard processing fee (roughly 3%, paid to them, not us), and the money lands in your account. Your site never touches card numbers.
What happens if I outgrow 25 products?
You move up to a Clipper; we quote the difference rather than a full rebuild, since the foundation carries over.
Do you handle taxes and shipping settings?
We configure what the payment provider supports (GST/HST rates, flat shipping) as part of the build. Complex logistics (carrier-calculated rates, cross-border duties) is Galleon territory, and we'll tell you so before you pay for the wrong boat.
