Vela Works Canada

We do the rowing. You steer.

Every Vela engagement (reporting, SEO, marketing, websites) runs through the same five waypoints. Here it is with nothing hidden. (Looking for how an engagement starts? The onboarding process has its own page.)

  1. 1

INPUT · YOUR INBOX TO OURS

    You send one email

Your monthly data: transactions pasted as a CSV, a Drive link, or this month's SEO focus. No portal, no login, no new software to learn. If the data's unusable, we ask for it properly instead of guessing.

  2. 2

    DRAFT · FAST TURNAROUND

    The busywork moves fast

Categorization, P&L assembly, keyword research, sequence writing: the repetitive part gets done fast, which is why the pricing looks the way it does. An efficient process does the hours, not a room full of juniors billing by the hour.

  3. 3

    REVIEW · HUMAN JUDGMENT

A person reviews and signs off

Every deliverable crosses a human desk before it ships. Anything uncertain gets flagged and asked about: a mystery $400 e-transfer becomes a question to you, never a silent guess in your books.

  4. 4

DELIVER · READY TO ACT ON

Finished work lands in your inbox

A report you can read in five minutes, page changes already applied to your site, sequences set up in your email tool. Deliverables, not homework.

  5. 5

    ADJUST · COMPOUNDING TRUST

    The course adjusts monthly

Your feedback becomes standing rules (categorize this that way, never touch that page) so month three needs less back-and-forth than month one. Plans change at any month boundary.

What we never do

  • Send you an unreviewed first draft, from anyone or anything
  • Guess silently when the data is unclear; uncertainty gets flagged, always
  • Claim "CRA-compliant": our formatting is CRA-aware; your CPA remains your CPA
  • Promise search rankings, traffic numbers, or guaranteed outcomes
  • Resell, repurpose, or hoard your data: it's used to produce your deliverables, full stop

Don't take the diagram's word for it

The review step isn't marketing. You can see it working. The sample report shows flagged items exactly as they'd land in your inbox, and the demo build shows what we left as placeholders rather than invent.
